Caña de Baladiña Brandy This brandy belongs to the vineyards and wineries Lagar de Besada and has a Denomination of Origin Orujo de Galicia (Spain).
It is made from 100% Albariño grapes.
We use as raw material the pomace (grape skins and seeds) resulting from the vinification of our wines, which is subjected to distillation.
A traditional fire distillation is carried out, from which only the central parts of the distillate, called "hearts," are used. These are redistilled to exclusively select the most delicate fraction in which all the varietal notes of Albariño are reflected.
TASTING NOTE: Crystal clear color.
Nose with citrus and floral notes.
A palate of exquisite finesse, ample and with a finish that highlights the freshness of the Albariño pomace.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 5°C and 7°C.
It contains an alcoholic strength of 45% vol.
