Can I place an order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla? And from Europe?
Yes. We ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. We also ship to several European countries. If your destination isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll arrange it for you.
What are the shipping costs for orders to the Canary Islands?
Shipping costs and any customs fees are shown at checkout before you pay. We work with specialized carriers to simplify procedures and offer the best available rate. If you have any questions, please contact us.
How can I track my orders?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking link to check the status in real time.
What happens if a bottle breaks? Are shipments safe?
We use certified packaging for bottles, and all shipments are insured against loss or breakage for 100% of their value. If you notice any damage, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will replace the product at no cost to you.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order free of charge if you're not satisfied. Email us at info@ambrosiayelixir.com and we'll arrange for free collection. Items must be shipped securely in their packaging to prevent damage.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours. Balearic Islands: 3–5 days. Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 7–10 days. These delivery times are estimates; if there are any issues, we will notify you with an estimated date.
