Anís Castellana Dulce is a registered brand of anise of Spanish origin, produced in Segovia since 1894 in the family factory of the Segovian industrialist and financier Nicomedes García Gómez.
This liqueur is made from a grain distillate of anise and star anise, mixed with demineralized water, sugar syrup and molasses alcohols.
Appearance: Colorless.
Nose: Olive wood.
Mouth: Sweet and intense flavors.
