The name Anís Chinchón Dulce comes from the fact that it is produced and bottled in the municipality of Chinchón, Madrid.
It is one of the most popular liqueurs in Spain and was born in 1911, when 300 harvesters decided to found the Chinchón Alcohol Cooperative Society.
This anise can also be used to create tasty cocktails such as the Mestizo Cocktail, which includes sweet Chinchón, mezcal, ginger syrup, lemon juice and spices (ginger, cardamom, basil and lemon twist).
