Yoowe Bacanora is a handcrafted mezcal from Mexico that is produced from a regional type of Agave called Angustifolia Haw, also known as Agave Pacifica, Agave Yaquiana or Agave Bacanora.
Bacanora is a regional distillate typical of the northwestern state of Sonora, protected by the State of Controlled Denomination of Origin since 2000.
Production methods can be extremely rustic, although nowadays most Bacanora is made using a traditional method.
Its distributors, the Entre Compas Group, has been dedicated since 2012 to the culture, import and distribution of Mexican beverages, mainly derived from Agave or Maguey.
Their goal is to be a benchmark in positioning Mexican spirits in Europe through their companies with a vision and concept different from the traditional ones.
