The first distillation uses juniper berries, and the second uses bitter oranges from Haiti and lemons from the Mediterranean. The origins of Larios gin date back to the late 19th century, specifically 1866, when the company founded in Málaga by French entrepreneur Charles Lamothe and his Spanish partner Pedro Jiménez, was dedicated to the distillation and aging of wines and brandies. Since 2005, it has belonged to Beam Global Spirits & Wine, which owns well-known brands such as Jim Beam, DYC, and Fundador. A classic Spanish gin that you can find in almost any bar.
