Ponche Caballero The Ponche Caballero is unique, an authentic Spanish liqueur made with a secret recipe that is almost two centuries old.
It is produced by Luis Caballero, in El Puerto de Santa María, province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
Among the botanicals that make up this secret recipe for Ponche Caballero are orange peel, which provides the perfect combination of refreshing acidity and sweetness; cinnamon, harvested in Sri Lanka, with a sweet and intoxicating fragrance; vanilla, brought from Mexico with an unmistakable flavor; clove, originally from Madagascar, contributes its intense and slightly spicy flavor; nutmeg, imported from the Moluccas Islands of Indonesia, adds a sweet and smooth aroma.
