Raicilla La Venenosa Tabernas was created by chef Esteban Morales in 2011.

Esteban traveled throughout much of the state of Jalisco in search of the best Raicilla producers in each region.

The result is a unique collection of 6 Raicilla expressions.

Each expression, as distinct as its origin and its master tavern keeper, reflects the different distillation techniques used to produce this great spirit.

Raicilla is a distilled alcoholic beverage that is produced in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

It is often compared to tequila and mezcal, but raicilla has its own distinctive flavor and a long history in the region's culture.
