Gramona Pinoteamo White Wine is a wine made with 100% Pinot grapes, certified by the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Agricultural and Organic Production).
Processing: Harvested manually, using a sorting table, gravity feed.
Cooling of the grapes, between 0 and 5ºC, pressing of the whole bunch, meticulous fractionation of the must.
50% ferments in stainless steel tanks and the other 50% of the wine ferments in barrels of various uses; they do not seek contribution from the wood but rather a slight oxidative mineralization.
It spends 3 months in contact with its yeasts.
This wine remains in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months before being released to the market.
