La Quinta Vendimia Rosé Wine

La Quinta Vendimia presents the Rosé Wine La Quinta Vendimia from the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin (Spain), made from the grape varieties 60% Tempranillo and 40% Albillo, from old vines (80 years old) from Alcubilla del Marqués and Pedraja de San Esteban, Soria.

Our century-old vineyards are planted with Tinta del País and Albillo grapes, distributed in different orientations on reddish loam and sandy loam soils, with the presence of pebbles to a greater or lesser extent, depending on the plot.

These soils allow the grapes to develop a unique complexity and aromatic profile, maintaining a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness.

To make this rosé, the most suitable bunches are selected, which are then destemmed and pressed directly.

The must rests by natural decantation, allowing the sediments to settle.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously, without the intervention of commercial yeasts, thus preserving the authenticity of the terroir.

Part of the fermentation takes place in new 500-liter French oak barrels, and the wine ages in these barrels for 5 months, giving it a subtle complexity and a silky texture.

La Quinta Vendimia Rosé Wine stands out for its freshness and liveliness.

On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, with subtle floral and spicy touches imparted by aging in French oak.
