This wine is from Alicante, made with 100% Forcallat grapes, the vineyards are 35 years old, with a sandy loam soil with limestone.
This wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in a stainless steel tank.
Malolactic fermentation also takes place in used barrels, and barrel aging is also carried out.
The origin of this wine is the Casa Corredor Winery of MG Wines Group, this winery was born with the idea of creating high quality wines from Castilla de la Mancha with the differentiating factor of combining tradition with innovation, this being the success of its wines.
In addition to the great care taken in the vineyards, it has become one of the best wineries in Castilla La Mancha.
During the production process, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks are combined.
Furthermore, this winery carries out its aging and maturation process in French and American oak barrels.
