This wine stands out for its origin, complexity and sophistication, and comes from the best terroirs in Chile, specifically from the Maule Valley.

Amplus Carignan is 100% Carignan, made from a careful selection of very old vineyards located in one of the most privileged dryland areas of the VII Region.

This region is known for its unique conditions that allow the development of high-quality grapes, achieving a perfect balance between tradition and modernity in winemaking.

The winemaking process for this wine is meticulous: the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at controlled temperatures between 26° and 28°C.

Subsequently, a 5-day post-fermentation maceration is carried out, which contributes to the extraction of intense flavors and aromas.

After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 15 months in French and American oak barrels, giving it remarkable complexity and structure.

The aging process includes a minimum of 6 months in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop its distinctive character.
