Subsequently, the wine ages for 12-15 months in American oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, adding smoothness and complexity to the wine.

Before being released to the market, the wine is aged for 36 months in the bottle, ensuring its perfect maturation and balance.

Finally, it undergoes light filtration and bottling to preserve its purity and quality.
