The red wine "Como no te voy a querer" (How could I not love you) is born from experience, patience, and the desire to enjoy.

After choosing the right time for the harvest and a first selection of the grapes in the vineyard, the fermentation is carried out by the native yeasts present in the skins and in the winery, in concrete tanks that date back to the creation of the building in 1956.

The maceration extends for more than a month and no clarification or tartaric stabilization is carried out.

Once racked, it remains in contact with the fine lees for a variable period and is aged for 24 months in a concrete tank, where it achieves the finesse and elegance that characterize it.

Cadalso de los Vidrios Winery Cadalso de los Vidrios is located about 80 km southwest of the capital, on the border with the provinces of Ávila and Toledo.

In this markedly granitic region, up to six soil types can be distinguished with different degrees of evolution and a total absence of carbonates.
