The vineyard is trained on trellises and receives surface drip irrigation, ensuring precise and sustainable management.
The harvest is done manually, carefully selecting plants and bunches on March 6, 2023, with the aim of achieving a homogeneity of maturity and preserving the quality of the fruit during its transport to the winery in 20 kg boxes.
Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, which gives the wine an authentic and local character.
A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for 8 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures (24 °C with peaks of up to 28 °C).
A single daily pump-over is performed to increase the volume in the mouth without losing freshness.
The result is an elegant and expressive wine, with fruity notes, good body and well-integrated tannins.
Flâneur Syrah wine has an alcoholic strength of 13.7%, an acidity of 5.7 g/L and 1.95 g/L of sugar, offering a perfect balance between structure and vivacity.
Its aging process includes 6 months in stainless steel tanks and another 6 months in the bottle, which gives it smoothness and roundness.
