NOC Legend Red Wine The NOC Legend wine is the result of the meticulous selection of the best grapes from the vineyards of Bodegas NOC.
To produce this legendary wine, the grapes are harvested manually, selecting the best bunches in the vineyards owned by the winery, located in Los Yébenes with an area of 4.8ha of Tempranillo grapes, 1.8ha of Petit Verdot grapes and 4.8ha of Syrah grapes with gravel and clay soils at an altitude of 850m above sea level with a slope of 25% and yields of 7,000kg per hectare.
The fermentation of the varieties is carried out separately in small stainless steel tanks, with manual punch-downs.
Manual pressing in a vertical press and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where the Leyenda de NOC wine continues its aging for 24 months.
Only 3000 bottles of this wine are produced.
