Mala Vida Red Wine has been produced in vineyards between 15 and 30 years old in a calcareous soil, which is poor in organic matter.
The grape harvest is done manually and usually takes place during the last week of August.
This wine contains different grape varieties: Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Tempranillo.
As for its preparation and fermentation, it is carried out in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC for 25-30 days.
Once made, it is left to rest for 8 months in French (Taransaud) and American (Victoria and Intona) oak barrels.
It is a wine with great modernity and freshness.
