Crafted with care from a blend of grapes, including 42% Cariñena, 36% Garnacha tinta, 16% Syrah and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine embodies the richness of the terroir and winemaking mastery.

The grapes, sourced from vineyards over twenty years old, are grown under sustainable farming principles, with a transition to organic certification underway.
The production of this wine is a meticulous process that seeks to highlight the unique expression of each grape variety.
Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and 500L plastic tanks, with maceration of the must for 6 to 8 days, followed by a slow pressing for 12 hours.
The fermentation and final aging are carried out in 1100 L polyethylene eggs and 225 L French oak barrels that are three and four years old.
