Aged for 15 months in new Ermitage barrels. TASTING NOTES FOR SIN VIVIR RED WINE: In appearance, it presents an intense cherry red color, with a high density, a violet rim, and dense tears.
On the nose it has a high aromatic expression, with hints of cherry, plum jam, roasted spices, blackberry liqueur, cocoa and minerals.
On the palate it is dense and powerful with a good combination of acidity that envelops the intense aromas of blackcurrant and blackberries.
Long, broad finish with soft, ripe tannins and a spicy, very mineral aftertaste.
PAIRING OF SIN VIVIR RED WINE This wine is ideal to accompany with any type of meat.
