Valle del Botijas Crianza Red Wine. The Valle del Botijas Crianza Red Wine, from the Valle del Botijas Winery, is made up of several types of grapes.
Description: Harvested in October 2014, from our vineyards in Valtiendas and Roa, with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with its skins for 17 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for 25 days.
Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard.
Aged in medium-toasted French oak Bordeaux barrels for 14 months. GASTRONOMY: On the palate it is unctuous, with a smooth, round attack, tamed astringency as well as its present acidity and its 14% alcohol content which promises a long life.
Long, with a silky, warm feel.
A wine to be enjoyed at around 13 degrees Celsius, it goes wonderfully with red meats (beef), roast lamb and suckling pig, big game, without neglecting fish such as sea bream, red sea bream or a good grouper.
Serve at 13-14ºC.
