The harvest is done manually, in small boxes, with careful selection of berries on a double table, and with pre-cooling in a chamber that guarantees a controlled and precise fermentation.

The production process includes a prolonged pre-fermentation maceration to extract the maximum color and aromas, followed by fermentation at temperatures between 20 and 24 °C with selected yeasts.

The wine remains in contact with its skins for approximately 15 days, developing body, structure and elegance.

Aging is a key aspect of this blend: it spends 18 months in second-use French oak barrels, which adds complexity without masking the wine's fruity character, and then 15 months in the bottle to refine and reach its optimal expression.
