The process begins with a cold pre-maceration for five days at 0°C, which allows for optimal extraction of color and aromas.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C for approximately eight days, followed by a complete malolactic fermentation, which adds smoothness and roundness to the wine.

This Malbec undergoes an 8-month aging process in oak barrels, which gives it subtle wood notes that complement its fruity and spicy profile.

On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits, such as plums and blackberries, stand out, combined with delicate hints of spices and cocoa.

On the palate, it offers a smooth texture, balanced tannins, and a persistent finish.
