Burleighs Pink Gin: The cherry blossom festival in Japan, known as hanami, served as inspiration to create this gin which adds to the original Burleighs recipe ingredients that evoke that oriental style such as the aforementioned cherry blossom, rose, hibiscus flower or pink grapefruit.
Distinctly floral and very delicate, this is a smooth and very easy-to-drink spirit, perfect to accompany with tonic and a slice of fresh pink grapefruit.
Production: This gin is made by distilling in a copper still with a careful selection of ingredients, including sweet hibiscus, cherry blossom, rose, and pink grapefruit peel.
Serving suggestion: It is recommended to serve in a well-chilled balloon glass, with classic tonic water and a slice of fresh grapefruit.
