Caorunn Gin Caorunn Gin is a premium Scottish gin, manufactured by the Balmenach Distillery.
A fresh, floral and citrusy gin.
It is composed of several botanicals: juniper, lemon and orange peel, cassia, angelica root and coriander, ash berries, myrtle, heather, dandelion and the traditional Scottish apples from Coul.
TASTING NOTE Appearance: Perfectly clear like pure water from the Scottish Highlands.
Nose: Fresh, floral, citrus, slightly spicy and aromatic.
Palate: Clean, refreshing, sweet, full-bodied, aromatic, long-lasting and slightly dry.
