The creation of Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin was completely accidental: due to a mistake preparing a strawberry alcohol that was going to be used for pastry and cocktails, a pink gin with a strawberry flavor was created.

Created in the family business Los Alcores de Carmona, it is a fruity gin that is made in stills with more than 130 years of history, through distillation with olive wood fire and the use of, probably, the best strawberries in the world: the strawberries of Huelva.

It is a gin that is highly sought after for its smoothness and the taste of strawberries from Huelva.

Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin is a fruity gin made in Seville using copper stills over 130 years old, in a slow distillation process marked by the fire produced with olive wood, taking a step back to the distillation processes of yesteryear.

Born from the effort to develop top quality products and backed by more than a century of tradition in the production of beverages, this unique gin with a unique flavor and taste is made possible thanks to the Andalusian strawberries from the province of Huelva.

It is a gin with a mild strawberry flavor.

The strawberries used are carefully selected from the fields of Huelva and are of very good quality.

Area: Seville, Andalusia, Spain.

Production: It is made using two copper stills (the oldest in Andalusia) and macerating the best fresh strawberries from Huelva in alcohol.

The result is a very smooth paste.

To avoid an overly strawberry flavor, the strawberry paste is distilled together with wild juniper berries.

This results in a very smooth gin with an unmistakable strawberry flavor.
