Raw Gin

Raw Gin is a 'gastronomic gin' made in Barcelona using a combination of traditional systems and the latest techniques of haute cuisine.

With the desire to create a gin that matches the gastronomic level of Barcelona, ​​the gin uses a revolutionary cold infusion method, called Rotaval, which allows fresh botanicals such as citron, bay leaf and kaffir lime to retain all their essence.

The result is a delicate and fragrant gin with a deep aroma of citrus, flowers and fresh herbs and a pleasant mouthfeel where light spicy, salty and smoky notes appear.

We fill a chilled wide glass with ice, add GINRAW, twist the lime to extract the essential oils, and discard the peel.

We finish with the tonic water, pouring it carefully to preserve the carbonation.

We finish with the apple slice and line the rim of the glass with ginger.
