Rubis Blanc Gin

Rubis Blanc Gin: Founded in 1860, the Rozelieures distillery is one of the few whisky distilleries that controls the entire production process.

Owners and harvesters for 5 generations and distillers for more than 150 years, it is in the heart of the small Lorraine village of Rozelieures, at the foot of an ancient volcano, where the Grallet-Dupic family has developed its unique know-how.

The distiller grows the barley in naturally rich soil, a few hundred meters from the distillery, for perfect control of the raw material.

Since 2018, the Rozelieures distillery also has its own malt house.

The creators of this unique gin are Gianmaria Nurisso and Thomas Barclay, who met in 2016, where an idea was born to create an exclusive spirit.

They share the same love for spirits, terroirs, and know-how.

From the desire to produce a spirit together comes the idea of ​​taking a new look at malt spirits.

Rubis Blanc gin is finally distilled in small Charentais stills, giving it a profile that is as unique as it is perfect. “Pure Malt”, which is a blend of malt whiskies from different distilleries, produced exclusively from malted barley and harvested locally, allowing unique control over every step of its creation.

This produces a very rare distillate somewhere between a malt whisky and a gin.

This gin will not only surprise you, but it is also incomparable and inspiring because this pure white malt spirit is surprisingly smooth and leaves no one indifferent.
