Tarquin's Pink Grapefruit and Elderflower Gin This Tarquin's Pink Grapefruit and Elderflower Gin is distilled with 11 hand-picked, selected botanicals, most notably pink grapefruit and elderflower.

It's a modern version of a true London Dry.
This special gin has been inspired by the beautiful Cornish hedges in full bloom.
A sip of this gin will make you feel like you're on its beautiful coast.
Production: To make this gin, the distillation process of Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin as a base is carried out first.
To do this, 11 of the botanicals are added to the stills and left to macerate overnight in a neutral wheat-based grain spirit.
As the stills heat up, Tarquin constantly monitors the process, sniffing and tasting the distilled spirit that comes out of the still at different temperatures.
Only the purest heart of the distillation is taken (achieved when the still has reached a temperature of 78°C), and the heads and tails cuts (the first and last part of the distillation) that do not have the most selective texture and flavor are left aside.
After distillation, this hearts cut (around 76% pure gin by volume) is cut with demineralized Cornish spring water to reduce it to the desired 42% by volume.
Each bottle is filled and labeled by hand, dipped in a slow cooker filled with paraffin wax, stamped with the Puffin logo, given batch tasting notes, and also individually hand-signed.
