The international variety Sauvignon Blanc, originally from France, has adapted perfectly to Rueda, offering a fresh and aromatic wine, ideal for the most demanding palates.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested at night in early October, when cooler temperatures help preserve their wonderful aromatic character.

Before pressing, the must macerates with the skins for a few hours at low temperatures to obtain the maximum expression of the grape.

The production process is carried out under careful control at each stage, to avoid oxidation and keep the qualities of the grape intact.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature between 14-16ºC.
