Ribera del Duero (Spain) made with the Tempranillo grape variety.
Vineyards: Its 138 hectares of vineyards are located at an altitude of 1,000 meters.
100% Tempranillo, with an average age of 35 years.
For our Crianza, we hand-harvest our middle-aged vines (between 25 and 30 years old).
Production The maceration and fermentation process lasted 15 days followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.
The aging in wood lasted 14 months.
The barrels used are made of American and French oak with an average age of 2 years.
The wine was then aged in the bottle for about 12 months before being released to the market.
