Aging: This Altos de Valdoso Roble red wine is aged in barrels for 2 and 3 years, which are 60% French oak and 40% American oak.

This process takes 4 months.

Production To produce this Altos de Valdoso Roble Red Wine, a manual harvest is carried out in the Tempranillo variety vineyards located at an altitude of one thousand meters.

Thanks to the proximity of the vineyards to the winery, this allows for rapid vinification in small quantities as the harvest progresses.
