Pago de los Capellanes Crianza red wine belongs to the Pago de los Capellanes winery, located in Pedrosa del Duero (Burgos) and has a Ribera de Duero designation of origin.
It is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes.
For its production, once the grapes are harvested, alcoholic fermentation is carried out for 30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 20ºC for about 22 days.
Finally, it is left to rest for 12 months in French oak barrels with medium toasting and the rest of its aging in the bottle, about 18 months.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16º and 18º and decant it one hour before serving.
