Bisabuelo White Rum is the most immediate result of distilling sugarcane juice.
From selected cane, the authentic essence of sugar cane is obtained.
It is a complex and entertaining white rum, with citrus, floral and banana aromas predominating on the palate.
The process begins with the cutting of the sugarcane by the farmers in the area. Once the sugarcane arrives at the factory, the milling process begins to obtain the juice. Subsequently, the juice is left to ferment for 48-60 hours before distillation begins.
Finally, the process is completed with proper aging and the mastery required to create the best blends.
