A fine distilled rum that is also made with a blend of sugarcane juice and molasses, Deadhead Chocolate Rum has prominent notes of coffee and caramel, with hints of dark chocolate.
Made with a slow fermentation process, this rum is distilled in copper stills to remove any impurities in the flavor and to develop a rum with an authentically Caribbean taste.
This rum is special because it is aged for 5 years in European oak barrels with chocolate before being blended, which gives it a rich flavor with spicy undertones.
In addition, the second part of the mix is a rum aged for 6 years in oak barrels from Chipas and super charred American oak.
The blend of these two rums creates a balanced and flavorful rum, so everyone can enjoy a good drink.
