Grapes: 50% ANTAO-VAZ AND 50% ARINTO VINIFICATION: After a careful and manual harvest, the grapes were subject to a new selection upon arrival at the winery.

The must is clarified at low temperature and fermented naturally for 15 days at a controlled temperature of approximately 15°C.
