Rueda. In a 2-hectare vineyard located in the winery's garden, with a yield of 3000 kg/ha and alluvial, sandy-loam soil. The Clavidor Mil Besos white wine was harvested in the first week of September; part of the must macerated for 10 hours at 4ºC to extract the aroma from the skins, then lightly pressed.
