Iron Seven White Wine, with Rueda Designation of Origin, is made with 100% Verdejo grape variety.
Iron Seven white wine is one of the most outstanding products of the Nubori winery, a family business that has managed to position itself as one of the main producers of high quality wines in Spain.
This white wine is made from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the winery's vineyards in the Castilla-La Mancha region.
The grapes are hand-picked at the optimal moment of ripeness to guarantee their quality and flavor.
Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they undergo a pressing and fermentation process in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Afterwards, the wine is left to age in French oak barrels for several months before being bottled.
The result is a pale golden white wine, with intense aromas of tropical fruits and notes of vanilla and toast, which are imparted by the oak barrels.
On the palate, it is smooth and silky, with a balanced acidity and a persistent and elegant flavor.
The Iron Seven is ideal to accompany fish, seafood, salads and Mediterranean dishes.
It can also be enjoyed as an appetizer, on a summer afternoon or at a special dinner.
