The must of the 3055 Chardonnay 2013 wine fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
It undergoes partial aging for two months in French oak barrels, which gives it a slight woody aftertaste, followed by bottle aging.
This wine stands out for its clear and bright yellow color, with a tropical fruit aroma typical of the Chardonnay variety and characterized by a slight acidity that gives freshness.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 7º and 9º.
