It is a wine from Bodegas Estancia Piedra, made with 100% Verdejo grapes from the vineyards of the Pagos de la Moza and Los Obispos estates (1990) in the Rueda Designation of Origin.
The grape harvest is done at night using mechanized methods.
For the fermentation of Piedra Verdejo white wine, settling is carried out and 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
Piedra Verdejo white wine is not aged in oak barrels.
