The aging process takes place in American oak casks following the traditional Solera and Criaderas system.
Dark mahogany in color with iodine highlights.
It has an intense aroma of raisins, figs and dates, characteristic of Pedro Ximénez.
Extremely sweet, smooth and velvety, with a balanced finish thanks to its natural acidity.
It should be served between 10-12ºC.
