Made from Pedro Ximenez variety raisins, this Jerez-Xeres-Sherry Designation of Origin wine is produced using the traditional solera and criadera system.
It has an 8-year aging process in American oak barrels, which gives it truly special characteristics.
Its producing wine is the renowned Jerez winery Lustau, in collaboration with the Caballero Group.
