Description: The liquid chocolate from Mas d'en Gil.

This sweet red Grenache wine features notes of ripe fruit and a smooth, sweet mouthfeel.

Origin: Nus seeks to revive the ancient Priorat tradition of making sweet wines with red Grenache.

It is made from five vineyards on the estate and its name alludes to the fusion or knot (nus, in Catalan) of these five wines.

The grapes are left to dry, some on the plant and most on reed mats in the sun.

Aging: 18 months in 60-liter French oak barrels.

Bottle aging for approx.

12 months.

Serving: It is recommended to take it at around 12ºC.
