Navarra, which has focused on the recovery of organic and biodynamic farming practices.

All vineyards are organic, certified and controlled by the CPAEN-NNPEK (Navarra Council for Organic Agricultural Production).

That is why they care for their vineyards with ancestral methods, using only natural products that benefit nature and can do its job better.

Aroa Larrosa Rosé Wine comes from low-production vineyards located in the northern border area between the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges.

These are planted in calcareous clay soils that have never had contact with synthetic chemicals.

This area is one of the highest in Navarre and stands out for its cool climate due to the influence of the Cantabrian Sea, which contributes to the ripening of the varieties.

Harvest: To make this wine, a harvest was carried out in mid-October and once in the winery the bunches are taken to the selection table.

For the 2017 harvest there was a severe frost in April, high temperatures in May-June and during the summer a severe drought with occasional storms that resulted in a small harvest but the grapes harvested were of exceptional quality.

Production: Once in the winery, the direct bleeding process is carried out in the tank.

Subsequently, fermentations are carried out at low temperatures of approximately 16ºC in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness of the grape.
