El Aprendiz Prieto Picudo Rosé Wine “This wine is made 100% with the unique and native variety Prieto Picudo using the ancestral technique of “madreo”, which consists of adding whole bunches, without destemming or crushing, during the course of alcoholic fermentation.
This technique improves the color tone, body, aromatic intensity and the amount of natural carbon dioxide present in the wine.
It is an ideal wine for appetizers with cured meats, pasta, rice dishes… It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
