Lar de Maía 8º Rosé Wine is a wine from the Land of Castilla y León, with a 100% Tempranillo grape variety.
Initial manual selection in the vineyard and second selection in the winery.
It is destemmed and, after obtaining the must, it is fermented at a controlled temperature in order to preserve a greater aromatic richness.
Aging: It is carried out with its own lees for the necessary time in stainless steel tanks using the bâtonnage technique periodically, giving silkiness to the wine.
Finally, a slight filtering is carried out before bottling.
