The Yllera 5.5 Rosé Frizzante wine from Bodegas Yllera is made with the Verdejo and Tempranillo grape varieties.
Partially fermented Verdejo and Tempranillo, fresh, sweet, with a spark of carbonation and with only 5.5% alcohol.

Double grape selection in the vineyard and in the winery.
Destemming.
Cold skin maceration for the extraction of aromas and color from the red variety.
Gentle pressing with a pneumatic lung press to obtain the must, which is kept at low temperatures until fermentation.
Partial fermentation of the must, stopping it when it has reached 5.5 degrees of alcohol, thus respecting the natural acidity and sweetness of the grape and maintaining the original CO2 from the fermentation.
