It is a wine of intense red color, with purplish edges.
On the nose, fresh red fruits and floral aromas are perceived (rose petals, violet), with sweet spices (cinnamon) and salty spices (clove, pepper,…), sandalwood, bay leaf, menthol,… A smooth entry on the palate and directly attacks its finish, filling everything with a sweet sensation, with the tannins well present and at the same time gentle.

Maceration and fermentation naturally in cold conditions for 8 days.
Manolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks in a natural way.
