Crianza This Añares Crianza red wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in oak barrels and has at least 4 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

Production It has a controlled fermentation at a temperature between 22 and 26º in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.

Likewise, this red wine has a maceration of between 10 and 18 days and rests in American and French oak vats.

Olarra Winery The origins of this winery come from a building, a work by Juan Antonio Ridruejo in 1973, designed and conceived for wine.

The most emblematic feature is its roof that crowns the barrel room, which is made up of 11 hexagonal domes that help to avoid sudden temperature changes.
