The winemaking process for Finca Beth Arranque Cabernet Franc Red Wine begins with a manual harvest and meticulous selection of grape bunches.
100% of the grapes are destemmed without passing through rollers, thus preserving the integrity of the berries.
One of the pillars of the process is the prolonged pre-fermentation maceration of between 8 and 10 days, which allows a delicate extraction of aromatic compounds and silky tannins.
Fermentation is carried out spontaneously, with indigenous yeasts, applying closed and open pump-overs and some délestage, techniques that allow precise control of the extraction.
The entire process lasts approximately 10 days, followed by a post-fermentation maceration of another 10 days, after which it is pressed and aged in concrete vats for 8 to 10 months.
This red wine presents a vibrant expression of the variety, with aromas of red fruits, fresh herbs, floral notes and a subtle mineral touch.
On the palate it is fresh, juicy, with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
