For its preparation, the must undergoes a calm fermentation of the grapes and a prior maceration of approximately 3-5 days.
It is a young red wine aged in French and American oak barrels.
During the barrel phase, special care is taken by filling the barrels and racking the wine during the spring.
Finally, it is clarified and bottled.
BALARUS red wine is clean and bright with an intense aroma of fresh red fruit and round tannins that provide finesse with persistence in an idyllic balance with acidity.
TASTING NOTES FOR BALARUS RED WINE: In appearance, it stands out for its cherry red color with violet tones in a thin layer.
On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry, and currant predominate, perfectly integrated with the wood, balsamic notes, fine spices, and light toasted hints in the background.
On the palate it presents round tannins that provide finesse with persistence in an idyllic balance with the acidity.
RED WINE PAIRING BALARUS RED WINE: Pairs excellently with dishes such as garlic soup, marinated pork loin or black pudding.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
